Twas the night before christmas...

"This is a special time of reflection at the end of the year and all….it is also a time to make decisions for the times coming ahead. My wish for you is that you choose peace, that you choose the life that brings you the most peace, the relationships that bring you the most peace, the work that brings you the most peace and the play that brings you the most peace. We wish you time to think, time to dream, time to love and time to pray. We wish you the peace of mind to allow yourself to make time for all of the good and beautiful things that you need to be well and happy and at peace. We wish you the bravery to live it joyfully. We wish you enough of every single good and true thing that you have plenty left to share. We wish you everything that you need to shine your brightest light…and enough light that you can light up the world around you." A quick rule of thumb when working out whether an essential oil is an uplifting or a calming oil is that the faster they drip the more happy they’ll make you feel, the slower they drip the calmer and more focussed they will make you feel.
