Worrying is a yucky habit that will suck the happiness right out of your life.
Even when you have things that seem like legitimate worries that cause Anxiety, the fact is still true that worrying will not change anything for the better, not ever.
What helps when life is stressful and scary is to remember that every single day so far, you have made it. You have gotten through all of those days. Today you are wiser and more experienced than any day that you have ever lived. So, the fact is you made it through yesterday. You made it through every day before yesterday. You are making it through today and without a doubt, you will make it through tomorrow.
I am no stranger to anxiety, stress and worry, I am challenged with it everyday and have learn many ways to support myself from exercise, to a goodnight sleep to eating well and also taking time for me to recharge.
One of the ways I like to support myself is through using Essential oils which I have done for many many years. The easiest way I use them is:

1. Rub Hinoki on your chest and bottom of your feet for a good restful sleep. Sleep is so important for our emotions.
2. If you are feeling less then today because your comparing yourself to others, remember too, social media is not the real world, so dont compare yourself to a little inch photo and a sentence, Roll on beautiful in the palm of your hands and breath it in.
3. Having a rough day, know that it is ok, not everyday will be rainbows and butterflies. Grab your Beautiful blend and roll in on your chest and inside your wrists, breath it in and remember, you have the strength to get through the day.
4.Start your day off on the right foot. I am a big believer that if you start your day off right then it seems to flow better. Pop your diffuser on with some citrus oils and pick up your beautiful blend.
5. Feeling mentally drained and just needing a goodnight sleep. Diffuse Hinoki with cedarwood and Frankincense. More diffuser blends here.
6. I see you overwhelmed Mumma, looking at the pile of washing to fold, the toys all on the floor, answering the millions one calls of "Mummmm", needing to tidy up the kitchen from Tea, answer emails and texts, help kiddos get there jam-mas on, feed the animals. Us mothers always have lots going on, no wonder we multi task uh.
