How Frankincense gets me through Motherhood

I know you other Mummas can relate. 7:30 this morning, child #1 has a big meltdown over something that was minor to us but a big deal to him. *insert Console*  7:45 - boys shoes, socks, oils, pack bags, leaving in 15 mins.  8:00 - in the car. Boys got your lunch box, water bottle, brain back etc... child #2 " Oh wait... I forgot my candy canes and Christmas cards" *runs back inside to get them* Note: It takes 20 mins to get to school and they boys like to be there at 8:20 because bell rings at 8:30. Get half to town, as we oiling up, doing yet another 'verbal checklist' - I don't my kids to well. Me " Got your swimming bag Piper?" piper "Oh no.. its home?" sigh.. rings Dad, "you coming to town in the next hour?" Nope hes not. So turn around back we come home, like the gingerbread man, as fast as we can. Recharge ready for a new week

When things that used to be so colourful start seeming colourless, when you don’t seem to have time for the things that used to bring you so much joy, and when you want to climb under your covers even when your favorite people are around . . . it’s time. start your day right!

I hate experiencing anxious feelings- I mean I don't think anyone likes it! If I can start my day calm, then that flows to the kiddos and helps motherhood go smoother! Having any age kiddos can really spike your anxiety with all the changes and worries that come along with kiddos- at least this is how it goes for me. But when my kiddos are sick, sometimes you feel helpless and does cause different emotions within us. This has been part of my morning routine every day. I just roll behind my ears and back of the neck whilst I have my morning cuppa! Starting my day right as a Mumma is key! 10ml roller 10 drops balance 6 drops Lavender Peace 8 drops Elevation Fill with coconut oil some coconut oil. Apply behind the ears, back of my neck. Then I love to roll a little in my hands, cup my hands over my face and take 3 big breaths. Then a drop of Copiaba on the tongue to support my nervous system.
