This is very popular at our HQ and it never lasts long. I made this on the weekend because Piper asked that he has it for his class party. this time we added in a few drops of wild orange and wow.. so so yum. Not sure how much will be left for Thursdays class party.
Christmas Rocky Road
2 x 180g pkts milk chocolate, chopped
1 cup white marshmallows, halved
1/2 cup allens red and green snakes.
1/2 cup M & M's - we pick out the red and green ones.. tee hee
1/4 cup (20g) desiccated coconut.

Start to melt the chocolate in a double saucepan.
Chop up the snakes and marshmallows in a bowl.
Add in the coconut and M&M's
Once the Chocolate is melted add in a few drops of wild orange or the good ol peppermint oil if you like.
Then pour the chocolate over the top and mix with a melt spoon.
Spoon it in a lined slice tray and refrigerate.
