my favorite ways with Frankincense

Basically this is the swiss army knife of oils! There is also a lot of research on the health benefits of Frankincense check out pubmed.gov and give it a search.

I have been getting a few questions about ways i use this oil, so I thought I would share it with you all! 
*I take a drop internally under the tongue daily to promote a healthy inflammatory response in the body and provide the body with a very powerful antioxidant to ward off free radicals, also helps promote healthy cell proliferation.
*I use with your moisturizer to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles, age spots, and aging skin
*diffuse, use aromatically or topically on pulse points, big toe and feet to improve mood, reduce stress and anxious feelings- Frankincense can cross the blood brain barrier! A drop internally a day will make a big difference too

*use on forehead and temples to aide in reducing head tension
